Correspondence and writings relating to Arnaud and the surréalisme révolutionnaire movement. Correspondence includes letters from Arnaud to his wife, Eugénie Marie Ernest, most 1940 June-August, with a few 1944-1954 and undated, and letters to Arnaud, some with drafts or copies of letters by him, most 1947-1948, from Yves Bonnefoy, Jean-Louis Bédouin, Paulette Daussy, Christian Dotremont, Édouard Jaguer, Jean Laude, René Passeron, and André Poujet. Writings consist of "Aragon, le nouveau crève-coeur," holograph, 1948, and typescript; "Testament," typescript, 1939 June 9, and printed (Brussels: Avenarius, 1999); and notes for a radio broadcast, holograph, undated, by Arnaud and Dotremont.
